The Omron CJ2M-CPU32 is the performance leader in the Omron CJ2M series. Housed in a compact 90 × 65 × 66 mm body, it integrates a high-speed processor capable of executing 5k-step LD instructions in just 0.04 μs. The system can be expanded to accommodate up to 40 CJ series modules, effortlessly managing 2,560 I/O points. It features a built-in 256k-step program capacity, 448k-word data memory, and 32k-word retentive memory, providing ample space for complex recipes, data logging, and floating-point operations. It also features a USB 2.0 programming port and RS-232C communication ports, enabling one-touch online debugging, remote monitoring, and program upgrades, eliminating the capacity bottlenecks of traditional PLCs.

Motion control has evolved. The CPU32 features four axes of high-speed pulse output, with a single axis speed of up to 1 MHz, supporting linear and circular interpolation and synchronized electronic gearing.
